- Siapkan tempat,masukan terigu cakra,tepung segitiga(kalo saya di ayak dl)gula pasir,susu bubuk,ragi lalu aduk...
- Masukan telur,air lalu mixer jika tidak ada mixer bisa di ulenin memakai tangan(jangan lupa cuci tangan dulu ya mom).
- Sebelum menjadi adonan kalis masukan mentega dan sejumput garam lalu ulenin sampe kalis dan sudah tdk lengket.
- Ambil adonan lalu giling gunakan rolling kayu(kalo tidak ada bisa memakai botol)jng lupa meja untuk menggilingnya di taburi terigu ya biar tdk lengket sampai pipih(kalo saya ukurannya P :33cm L 25.
- Lalu olesi mentega adonan yg sudah rata sesuai selera ukuran masing2 lalu taburi cinnamon/kayumanis,dan gula palem kalo topping mau di ubah sesuai selera masing2 bisa ya mom,terakhir saya taburi kismis.
- Topping udh semua lalu gulung ya sambil agak di tekan,lalu potong(kalo mengikuti uk saya hasil potongan jd 11 potong cinnamon karena uk P : 33.
- Oiya mom lupa jika ingin loyang uk 20cm bisa di isi menjadi 8 jangan lupa loyangnya di beri olesan mentega&terigu.jika ingin langsung di cup juga bisa ya.sebelum di panggang diamkan sekitar 20m.
- Panaskan oven,jika udh panas&udh 20m masukan panggang sekitar 30-35m.
- Menunggu hasil panggangan kita bikin cream cheese nya..
- Siapkan panci masukan air,susu cair,gula putih,keju parut masak dan aduk jika sudah meletup2 masukan larutan maizena aduk hingga agak mengental,jika sudah matikan kompor&diamkan menjadi dingin.cinnamon tadi sudah matang keluar kan dari oven diamkan sebentar lalu sirami dengan cream cheese tadi ya.taraaaa cinnamon roll sudah jadi.
